Supreme Court Child Status Protection Act ruling expected by end of June

We are eagerly anticipating a ruling from the Supreme Court in Mayorkas v. De Osorio, the case our office has fought since 2008.  The Supreme Court’s decision will impact the ability of thousands of families to be reunited with their aged-out children who waited decades for visas only to lose out due to long visa lines.  The Supreme Court is expected to rule before the end June.  Reeves Miller Zhang & Diza initiated this class action lawsuit in June of 2008.  Please stay tuned to our website and announcements for further information.
